Description
Marche de Pales is an original concert march by the 20th-century composer Jean Balissat. Moving away from the standard street-march formula, this work is a sophisticated concert item characterized by its noble themes and modern orchestrational touches. Balissat utilizes the brass band to create a sense of formal grandeur and rhythmic drive, making it an ideal choice for formal ceremonies, contest openings, or as a high-quality “quick march” feature in a professional concert program.
