Description
Meet the Band! is a unique and engaging “opening work” designed to introduce the audience to the various sections of the brass band. During the introduction, cornet players are positioned on both sides of the stage while trombonists take center stage. As the piece progresses, each section is introduced through their own musical features. It is a perfect educational and entertaining item for youth concerts, community events, or as a creative and visually interesting start to a professional concert program.

(Medium) Fourth year players, or junior high-level students may require these arrangements to be properly challenged. These generally have free use of syncopation as well as section and solo scoring. Cues and cross cues will also be used less.
