Description
Named after the famous Romanian village and brass tradition, Zece Prajini is a flashy and energetic solo for Cornet or Euphonium. While it offers plenty of opportunities for technical display, Eddy Debons has designed this short version to be “flashy but not super-difficult,” making it accessible to a wider range of soloists. It features a bright, folk-inflected character and catchy rhythms. This edition includes alternate bass clef Trombone parts, making it a fantastic and fun addition to any band’s solo repertoire.
Difficulty 4
(Medium) A level 4 difficulty rating brings very challenging rhythms to the piece. Syncopation will be freely used, as will the more extreme ranges for all instruments.
